GT5: Your FAVORITE car

I know we havent had it all that long and I have been probably getting more wheel time in, but I wanted to go ahead and throw it out there.

So far, whats been your favorite car?

For awhile I hadnt really latched on to one. Than I seen a Lotus Carlton in the Used lot, and holy shiz with a z.

I dumped a ton of money into the car and she now has 668 hp and is super light, but its a beast. Not only does it go in a straight line fast, it corners like its on rails. It wasnt a car built over here, but because of my time in the military I was exposed to one over in Europe. Here is a pic for those not familiar.

I haven't driven about 90% of the cars I won, but of the ones I have, my 1969 Corvette Convertible is my favourite. 550hp, full upgrades on suspension, transmission, etc etc. Flies down the straights, and even corners pretty well. I love kicking the back end of it out exiting corners, which is real easy to do in that car, regardless of the tires.

How I would love to play this game. GT was one of my fav games all time.

Its good, and the nurburg ring is fantastic! Especially in a good handling car. I'm gonna take the carlton mentioned above and shoot for a sub eight minute lap. I did a 7'17" with the toyota nascar and I wnt off twice, as well as race traffic!

I need to remember to soften up the suspension when going around Nurburg. With stiff suspension, some of the inconsistencies in road levels send me flying when I'm trying to go round a slight turn. Not having any banked turns doesn't help either.

I'm prolly gonna rent this game tomorrow. I've heard the graphics are wondrous.

The Premium cars look amazing, as well as most of the tracks. There are some issues with some aspects of the graphics, but it's a drop in the bucket compared to the rest.

No complaints here. Driving a BMW from the dashboad view is spot on and the graphics are sweet. Wait until your race in the alps. I love the mountain ranges in the background

NEW FAVOURITE CAR!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, it's so big I needed to use caps.

Bought myself a Ferrari 430 Scuderia last week, had time/money to put into upgrading, and wow, what a car. I thought it was good enough stock, but once you start shedding weight and adding horsepower/grip, it's a complete beast. Best car in my garage so far by a long shot, and my new favourite car.

aaaand it's changed once again.

Not the fastest, most powerful, or even the best looking car, but goddamn it's a hell of a lot of fun to drive.

The Lotus Elise 111R RM '04.

A bit tail happy, but it's completely manageable which makes it all the more fun to drive.
