Advanced Warfare

Who's planning on picking this up? I've thought about it. They're offering free cross buy until the end of next March.
I think I'll get it eventually, but with GTA and Project Cars coming out at the same time, I'm thinking this will be a Christmas time, maybe January purchase.

Sounds like somebody's a little butthurt over FPSs.

it is what it is and you can take it as you see it .. but the truth about it is I am just not that fond of fast pace gaming ... Just my opinion ..

I didn't buy the last Battlefield title and the only reason I bought the last COD title is because that was the only

real title that came out when the PS4 launched .

Here is the one thing that kills me about COD. Everyone complains about it, and every year, everyone swears they will never play it again etc, but truthfully, I never find people playing anything but TDM which does get stale, but a good way to get your aim down and practice.

Search and Destory truly is the best way to play it. (CTF was an omission from Ghosts which was ashame). One death per round (socom style) and it gives you the same sense of stress being the last man standing while everyone watches. I enjoyed Ghosts this year and was the only one in the clan to play it along with Induced Horizon. I feel the same way about Battlefield though, was a huge let down (BF4) with the way it was launched and never recovered for me.

H-Hour comes out March 2015 on Steam (PC) and is in full production with the PS4 version soon to follow.

I am totally ok with never buying another call of duty again, I skipped Ghosts just because I was so COD'd out by that time. BF4 was a huge disappointment, launch sucked and it was just too much die respawn die respawn, huge friggen maps, vehicles, all the shit I hate in a military shooter.

However, if clanmates are going to pick AW up, then I will as well. Destiny I am sure will be stale by then, and I will not have a shooter to play until H-Hour hits Steam (and am looking forward to a reason to build a new PC).

If WeatherMatt gets a PS4, then I will buy AW, just so I can see his magic in action. In the meantime, i'm still playing Destiny and Diablo III (Chad talked me into it but he never plays it! I'm like level 55 now and still haven't seen that brother in the game more than once!); GTA V comes out next month and i'm hoping to get time online with Kotaco in that title.

First reviews are in!  It's looking like a good game so far. I will indeed be picking this up. And it's cross buy too, so I can play with my buddies who get it for PS3, as well as you lovely people on PS4.

This is something I really wish BF4 would have done.  Very impressed already, and I haven't even played the game.

Q: Will my progress, stats, and gear carry over when I download and play the next-gen version?
A: Yes, whether you participate in this program or not, all of your Multiplayer stats and gear are shared within a console family (PS3™ <-> PS4™) and will be waiting for you when you transition to next-gen.

I am already a level 15. Love this game! Amazing what a new lead studio can do. (Sledgehammer assisted with MW3 but wasn't the lead creative license team of the shambles that was IW at that time. Sledgehammer was born out of Visceral Games and created the then new IP of Dead Space and did an amazing job on that.

This game is way fun and the level design is superb with vertical tactics you need to worry about as well. For those wondering, the double jump boost isn't as ridiculous or extreme as you think it would be. It basically allows you to jump up on top of the next levels of things instead of using ladders.

I have read you can also turn that option off to play normal COD. I have already spent about 3 hours in MP and see many more hours to come!

It is true, I have secured my copy, running through the campaign mode first like usual. Might take a stab at online later. Too many of the clan have it for me not to have it, and of course a nod to mXm's very best salesman on swaying me some on picking it up.

Also, BEWBS
