The previous was banned because a moderator deemed it inappropriate. I called twice an both supervisors had zero fucks to give that its been my gamer tag for ten years.They gave me a take it or leave it offer of a one time courtesy change so that I could keep all my downloaded games, but I lost my trophies, friends list, and all online progress in all of my games. Everything I have played online is now like I have never even played online.I was able to salvage my friends list in a weird way, when typing in the search for the names I know, I noticed after only typing a letter the auto search complete was pulling up friends that were in my friends list.Ten years, gone. Like I mentioned, bringing up a ridiculous issue in a very visible public forum like Twitter has done wonders for me in the past with companies like Ford and others.
