If you live in Japan, Hong Kong, or South Korea you still have to wait a while. The juicy details on the "Welcome Back" package that will provide us with 2 free PS3 games (and 2 free PSP games if you have that) will be announced soon after. As of now there is no official post on the Playstation Blog but once again this is coming from Sony via press release.
