HeroicJayneCobb
My Mossberg 500 J.I.C Stock; right out of the box. Removed pistol grip and added *ATI top-folding stock with 5-shell holder *TacStar Heat Shield and now my latest, and probably last modification :) .... *Shockwave Technologies Raptor Grip *Foregrip/Pump Strap. DIY project that I... well, did myself :)
[mXm] andy19
The first picture after the out of the box picture is the best.
[mXm] kotaco
[quote name='andy19' timestamp='1336603208' post='2171'] The first picture after the out of the box picture is the best. I've always liked those folding stocks, just so "tactical" looking :) The new raptor grip looks like it'd be good for zombie killing. HeroicJayneCobb
the problem with the top folding stock is that its heavy.... it adds more weight than a shotgun should be. With the raptor grip, having it on my back in the scabbard (i have a shotgun scabbard that attaches to the back of my vest) its much easier to draw. with a shotgun, i shoot from the hip anyway. so having the raptor grip is more advantageous to that style of shooting. With the stock folded over the thing rattled a bit..... with it extended it was, in my opinion, a little bit too long. Also, the raptor grip has another nice feature, its shape and angle makes it perfect for blunt force attacks. but yeah mostly so i could carry it on my back easier. :) for anyone interested:http://shockwavetechnologies.com/site/?page_id=
[mXm] BalzOnYer4Head
I like the folding buttstock too, but I could see where it would be too bulky for a back scabbard. Ill have to get pics of my Remington up on a before and after deal once I get my side folding buttstock on.
