[[mXm] kotaco]

SOCOMQuest was a competition mXm took part in, sometime in between 2004 to early 2005, each clan was given countries and fought to defend those countries or conquer new ones, treaties and alliances could be made and good friends were forged in the process.



[mXm] JUGGY oversaw the initial portion of mXm's participation within SOCOMQuest, after he left to become a Sea Sniper Balz passed the responsibility on to the new XO [mXm] RYN0. He and [mXm] Heywoodjablome oversaw it for a short while until they left it and finally came to be [mXm] FaDeToBlaCk's baby in Feb 2005.

But with the inclusion of more clans in SQ3 than in 2, coupled with a lot of them being unknown, as well as our clan really focusing on having fun and warring on our designated nights rather than EVERY night in SQ (potentially), they felt it would be best to withdraw. Gervs...you got a great thing going here, and perhaps we'll come back around soon in future SQ's. mXm steps up to the plate and accepts the alliance with SiK.

mXm offers APC opertunity to join mXm, and SiK alliance.

APC agrees to the invitation for alliance with SiK and mXm.

The alliance is set and will be namded the USC-7 Alliance.

I've gauged the interest level of my APC clan and it was pretty split down the middle as to who was enthusiastic about coming back for SQ3. Being split down the middle, I'm not content with entering into a tourney with only half the clan really into it. I'll be withdrawing APC's bid to re-enter the wonderful world of SQ.

What a great find!! Man those days were some good times, win or loss! We literally started from nothing, and became great friends and allies with well established and respected clans. We definitely had some magic!

Then APC went on to help start URGENT FURY which is still going on today and was purchased by SONY outright. SOCOMQUEST was the beginning of UF.

FYI sony didnt buy out UF...my old gaming clanmates/friends did.

UF john aka sadist (former member of Virtuoso Guild, KO, Merc City-Then merged with OPK - Called forgotten warriers [FW] ) - then UF only - Failed at making Gear Grinding Gaming-first concept that didnt catch on with socom community (Help provided by the known outlaws clan-(Raist, sadist, Ace where leaders)
UF AC aka ace--- backer/manager UF went along with sadist since VG
UF shane bell aka djhaole- community manager- hell i recruited him back in KO....he also fixed my computer back in the day :)
any other contributors to UF im unaware/or dont know of....those are the ones i know.

Very nice group of guys- (they split off KO when I actively played with them d/t leadership disputes- dont blame them.)
