I am glad they finally posted something. It has been tough not sharing with you all the stuff they have been showing the backers in the Private Forums. It looks great. Like a S2 HD.

 

I can definitely report that the Demo is coming along nicely. So far it does look like it will be the Spiritual Successor to SOCOM 1/2.

That UI/HUD needs work

Its the EXACT same interface as SOCOM2... take a look. It always showed the weapon, auto/burst fire and players... In keeping with authenticity, why would they change it?

Because its 2013 :P

No reason the game has to look ugly, all that matters is the gameplay is the same. They can easily modernize that look while the info remains the same. Right now it looks like an amateur photoshopper designed it, and judging by all of their current artwork they put out, I am really questioning why they hired the designer they did.
